A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CAT.TFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMP~OV~4~Fi~
FOR TRACT 13858 AND AUTHORIZING ~{E FrL/NG OF A NOTICE OF
WHOlEAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13858 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WH~tEAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamon~a
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Ccm-~letion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of Febln~ary, 1993.
