A RESOLUi~ON OF ~HE CITY OOU~CIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

EXT~SIONAND ~ S~CURITY FOR TRACT 13303
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement ~jremm~nt Extension
executed on FebD~mry 3, 1993, by LewisHc~es as developer, for the i~t
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the southwest corner of Terra VistaParkway
and MountainViewDrive; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13303; and
WH~IFAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement A~jreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of Febl~ary, 1993.
