A RESOLLFfION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CAT~FORNIA, APPROVING TRACT MAP N/I~BER 13759,
IMP~OV~TAG~FFAS~IT, AND IMPROV~T SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 13759, submitted by Fu Mai
Partnership, and consisting of 56 lots located on the west side of Haven
Avenue, north of the Southern Pacific Railroad , was approved by the Planning
C~m,,4ssion of the City of Rancho Cucamor~3a, on JaD,~ry 27, 1988, and is in
compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28
adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 13759 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final mp by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an I~rovement Agreement ~,~anteed by acceptable Im~rov~t
Securityby FuMai Limited Partnership as developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer subnits for approval said Tract Map offering
for dedication, for street, highway and related purposes, the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OOUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RAN(N~O ~
HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for
dedication and the final map delineating the same for said Tract Map No. 13759
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1993.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 20th day of
January, 1993.
