RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANf~{O
SECURITY FOR CONDITIONALUSE PE~IT 90-18
WHERFAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement ~x~reement, by Martin J.
Jaska, Incorporated, as developer, for the i~provements of public right-of-
way, generally located on the west side of Santa Anita Avenue north of 4th
Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improv~t Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Col~m.~ssion, Conditional Use Permit 90-18; and
WHERFAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and acc~--~m%ied by
good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Securities
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improv~t Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga,
california, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 20th day of
January, 1993.
