A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF RAN(~O
~, CATIFORNIA, ~ IMPROV~T AG~k~5~T
~SION AND ~ SECURITY FOR TRACTS 14379 AND
14380
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on January 20, 1993, by Watt Inland E~pire Inc., as developer, for
the i~provement of public right-of-way ~adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located on the northwest collier
of EtiwandaAvenue and 24th Street; and
WHERFAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 14379 and 14380; and
WHERFAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient In10rovement Security, which is identified
in said ImprovementAgreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California herebyresolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
