A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~{E CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMDNGA, CAT3F~RNIA, APPROVING
EXT~SIONAND ~ S~ORITY FORTRACT 13566-3
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ~ancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on Jan,]ary 20, 1993, by Century American as developer, for the
in~provement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located at the southwest corner of Summit
Avenue and San Sevaine Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13566-3; and
WHOlEAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NC~4, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, t_hat said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
