HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-005 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 04-005 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES FOR PARCEL MAP 15923 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on December 16, 2003 by LDC Cougar, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as developer, of the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located at the southwest corner of Church Street and Mayten Avenue; and WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Parcel Map 15923; and WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and Improvement Securities submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest hereto.
