A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A
DRAINAGE ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT FROM
CORNERPOINTE 257, LLC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 97-152, accepting a Drainage Acceptance Agreement for Tract 15727-1; and
WHEREAS, said Drainage Acceptance Agreement was recorded in Official
Records of San Bernardino County, California, on October 9, 1997, as Document No.
19970373382; and
WHEREAS, said Drainage Acceptance Agreement is no longer required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said Drainage Acceptance Agreement and that the
City Clerk shall cause said Release to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
