A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF R~{E CITY OF RANCID
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ~
FOR THE ARROW ROUTE BRIDGE WIDf~gING AT ~ CR~K,
CONTRACT NO. 91-032 AND AUR/RORIZING ~HE FII,TNG OF A
NOTICE OF~ONFORTHEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Contract No.
91-032, have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engip~r; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work co~ple~.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
