A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
FOR DRC2002-00499
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for
its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on February 18, 2004, by KSL Rancho
Cucamonga, L.P., as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real
property specifically described therein, and generally located at the southwest corner of 6T"
Street and Fairway View Place; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development
of said real property referred to as DRC2002-00499; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement, be and the same is approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the
City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and sufficient,
subject to approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney.
