HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-089 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 04-089 A RESOLUTION O F T HE C ITY C OUNCIL O F T HE C ITY O F RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 14498 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for i is consideration a n Improvement Agreement E xtension a xecuted o n M arch 17, 2 004, by Standard Pacific Corporation, as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located on the southwest corner of Wilson Avenue and Bluegrass Avenue; and WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of said Tract 14498; and WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement Extension. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
