A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP 15732 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OFA NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 15732 have
been completed to the satisfactions of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino, County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5`h day of May 2004.
