A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~OIL~ O~1. THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROV:ING A TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH COMPUTER SERVICES COMPANY FOR
MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL S IN THE CITY OF RANC~O
COCANONGA
WHEREAS, the City, in recognition of the need to maintain traffic
signals for public safety, has so solicited costs for same from previously City
contracted signal maintenance firms; and
WHEREAS, a review of proposals disclosed that Computer Services
Company was the successful bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that an Agreement for Emergency and
Routine Maintenance of Traffic Signals with Computer Services Company be and
the same as hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
execute same on behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED. and ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1987.
