A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
C~CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 12740 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12740 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Comple=ion is required to be filed. certifying
the work complete.
NC~4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized =o sign and f~e a Notice of Completion with
the Coun=y Recorder of San Bernardino Coun=y.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1987.
