A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL INITIAL
STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR THE
PROPOSED HAVEN AVENUE MEDIAN CONSTRUCTION BETWEEN 4TH
STREET AND WILSON AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed
all available input concerning the proposed Haven Avenue Median Improvements;
and
WHEREAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and
W~EREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approved the
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuances of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed Haven Avenue Median Construction.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1987.
