A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 13052
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on June
23. 1987, by The William Lyon Company as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent - to .the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on Base Line Road, west of Etiwanda Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13052; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucemonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1987.
