A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AWARDING AND AUTHORIZING THE
ExR. CUTION OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH D.G.
KING & ASSOCIATES AND PLANNERS FOE THE PREPARATION OF
ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES AND REPORTS FOR THE EXTENSION OF
BANYAN STREET FROM ARCHIBALD AVENUE TO HERMOSA AND CHANNEL
CROSSING
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga desires to prepare environmental
studies and reporting for the extension of Banyan Street from Archibald Avenue
to Hemosa Avenue and Channel Crossing; and
WHEREAS, D.G. King & Associates and Planners has expressed a desire to
perform such services for a fee and has been recommended by staff as having the
qualifications to perform such studies and reports.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, to award and execute a Professional
Services Agreement with D.G. King & Associates and Planners to prepare
environmental studies and reports for the extension of Banyan Street from
Archibald Avenue to Hermosa Avenue and Channel Crossing for a fee not to exceed
$19,015.00 to be paid from Systems Development funds.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1987.
