A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA. APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 10037
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10037)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 10037, submitted by B.C. E.
Development Inc. and con,latins of 10 parcels, located between White Oak
Avenue, Elm Avenue and Euclyptus Street was approved by the Planning Commission
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS. Parcel Map Number 10037 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 10037 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED. APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1987.
