A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FIVE YEAR PROJECT LIST
FOR THE LOCAL STREETS AND ARTERIALS SHARE OF THE LOCAL
SALES TAX TRANSPORTATION FUND PURSUANT TO AB 1637
WHEREAS, AB 1673 would require the C~ty of Rancho Cucamonga to adopt a
five year project list for the local streets and arterials share of the local
sales tax transportation fund; and
WHEREAS, the San Bernardino Associated Governments has requested that
the initial such list be adopted by July 1, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California the attached Five Year Project List labeled "Exhibit A", is hereby
adopted for the use of the City's share of the local sales tax transportation
fund.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1987.
