A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO.
4 TO C.O. #85-062, AN AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
FOR THE PREPARATION OF CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS FOR DAY CREEK CHANNEL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
previously engaged the services of Willdan Associates by an agreement for
consultant services (C.O. 85-062) for the preparation of construction plans for
Day Creek Channel; and
WHEREAS, the City now desire to change the scope and direction of the
workings and whereas Willdan Associates is in agreement to such changes in
scope and direction in the project and agrees to perform the additional work
for a fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to accept and execute the attached
"Engineering Services Contract Change Order No. 4" to C.O. 85-062 in the amount
of $118,429.00 to be paid from Day Creek Funds.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1987.
