A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER 0.4
TO C.O. #85-63, AND AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR
THE PREPARATION OF DESIGN CONSTRUCTION PLANS, SPECIFICA-
TIONS AND COST ESTIMATES FOR THE DAY CREEK CHANNEL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
previously engaged the services of Boyle-Ludwig Engineering by an agreement for
consultant services (C.O. 85-63 for the preparation of construction plans for
Day Creek Channel); and
WHEREAS, the City now desires to change the scope and direction of the
workings and whereas Boyle-Ludwig Engineering is in agreement to such changes
in scope and direction in the project and agrees to perform the additional work
for a fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to accept and execute the attached
"Engineering Services Contract Change Order No. 4" to C.O. 85-63 in the amount
of $30,298.00 to be paid from Day Creek Funds.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1987.
