A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM ARROW RANCHO
CUCAMONGA LIMITED
WHEREAS, the City Council of th~ City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 87-071 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement from Arrow Rancho Cucamonga Limited; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on April
20, 1987, as Document No. 87-128624; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer
required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien Agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,
Cal i fornia.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1987.
