A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 10543
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10543) AND ACCEPTING A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
ARROW RANCHO CUCAMONGA LIMITED
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 10543, submitted by Arrow Rancho
Cucamonga Limited and consisting of 7 parcels, located at Jersey Boulevard and
Red Oak Street, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 10543 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, Installation of undergrounding of overhead utilities,
established as prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by
entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Arrow
Rancho Cucamonga Limited.
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 10543 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record and the City Council does accept said
Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and
the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1987.
