A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF HERMOSA PARK
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Hermosa Park
Project has been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Community
Services; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the Director of Con~unity Services is authorized to sign and file a Notice of
Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED the 17th day of June, 1987.
