A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR RESIDENTIAL STREET REHABILITATION, PHASE I MORE
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED AS: MALACHITE AVENUE, LEUCITE
AVENUE, KLUSMAN AVENUE, JADEITE AVENUE, DEVON STREET
HAMPSHIRE STREET AND THE ALLEY SOUTH OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD
(BETWEEN ARCHIBALD AVENUE AND MALACHITE AVENUE) AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Residential
Street Rehabilitation, Phase I have been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1987.
