A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT FIVE LOCATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Traffic Signals
at Five Locations, at Ninth Street and Vineyard, Hellman Avenue and Arrow
Route, Church Street and Haven Avenue, Base Line Road and Beryl Avenue, and
Lemon Street and Haven Avenue have been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work compl ere.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1987.
