A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT EXTENSIONS
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES FOR TRACTS 10827,
10827-2, 10827-3
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit'y of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration Improvement Extensions Agreement executed on June 2,
1987, by First Nationwide Network Mortgage Company as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located south of Wilson Avenue, between
Hermosa and Haven Avenues; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreements and subject to the terms thereof, are to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 10827, 10827-2 and 10827-3; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Extensions Agreement are secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Securities which is identified
in said Improvement Extensions Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Extensions Agreement and
said Improvement Securities be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Extensions Agreement on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1987.
