A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES FOR TRACTS 13027 AND
12832
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration Improvement Agreement Extensions executed on May 29,
1987, by The William Lyon Company as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located in the Victoria Planned Community; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreements and subject to the terms thereof, are to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 13027 and 12832; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extensions are secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified
in said Improvement Agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement Extensions and
said Improvement Securities be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extensions on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1987.
