A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS (UNDERGROUNDING OF
UTILITIES) FROM RICHWOOD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR TRACT 12621
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga desires to
establish requirements for construction of undergrounding electrical
transmission and telephone lines in conjunction with the Baker Avenue and Arrow
Route Storm Drain and Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the undergrounding of utilities along Arrow Route fronting
Tract I262I, to be made part of the Baker Avenue and Arrow Route Storm Drain
and Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, Richwood Development Company has submitted an Agreement for
installation of public improvement as reimbursement to the City for said
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, does accept said Agreement for Installation of
Public Improvements, authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign same, and
directes the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Bernardino, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1987.
