A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9995
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9995)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 9995, submitted by Dewey Hardcastle
and consisting of 1 parcel, and remainder Parcel located on the north side of
23rd Street, 800' east of Etiwanda Avenue, being a division of a portion of the
north west one quarter of the north west one quarter of section 28, Township
iN., Range 6 west S.B.M., in the County of San Bernardino, State of California
was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 9995 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval
of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 9995 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1987.
