A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 9619 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 9619 have been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the
work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and the
City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the
County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 1987.
