A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP
NUMBER 10008 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10008)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 10008, submitted by Haven Tech
Center Partners and consisting of 3 parcels, located on the west side of
Utica Avenue, between Arrow Highway and Jersey Boulevard, being a division of
Parcel I of Parcel Map 9301 as per plat recorded on book 104 of Parcel Maps,
pages 42 and 43 of San Bernardino County, was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 10008 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval
of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 10008 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1987.
