A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES FOR
TRACTS 11606-2, 11606-3 and 11606-4
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration 3 Improvement Agreement Extensions executed on
Apri 1 15, 1987, by Grupe Development Company as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located south of the Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railroad, between Haven Avenue and Deer Creek Channel; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreements and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 11606-2, 11606-3 and 11606-4;
and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extensions is secured and accompanied
by good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement Extensions and said
Improvement Securities be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extensions on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1987.
