A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AC(2PTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 120~0 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12040 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineerl and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 1987.
