A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCMO
COCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SEf~3RITY FOR TRACT NO. 13057 AND RELEASING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT S EC~3RITY PREVIOUSLY
SUBMITTED BY THE WILLIAM LYON COMPANY
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 13057, consisting of 149 lots, submitted by The
WLlliam Lyon Company, Subdivider, located between Milliken Avenue and The Deer
Creek (~annel, northerly of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks approved by
City Council on August 6, 1986, and an Improvement A~reement and Improvement
Security were accepted.
The Fieldstone Company, the new developer of Tract 13057, has offered the
Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security to replace the
Improvement Agreement and Security accepted by the City on August 6, 1986,
submitted by The William Lyon Company.
NCW,, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucsmonga. California. as follows:
1. That said Improvement A~reement submitted by The Fieldstone
Company is approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and The City Clerk is authorized to attest
thereto:
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient. subject to approval as to form and content thereof by
the City Attorney: and
3. That the Improvement Agreement and Improvement Security submitted
by The Williem Lyon Company be re/eased.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 1987.
