A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CU CAMOE~.A. CALIFORNIA. APPROV ING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SEGJRITY FOR PARCEL MAP 8680
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. California.
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
September 15, 1987. by M & S Residential Development, Inc, as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located on the east side of
Ramona Avenue south of Base Line Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof. is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 8680; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
NC~4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. that said Improvement A~reement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cocamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
