A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF RAN(I{O
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT ~I~REEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 11793
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. California,
has for its consideration an Improvement A~reement Extension executed on
September 23. 1987, by Pennfield Homes as developer, for the improvement of
publ ic right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and geners/ly located on the southeast corner of Lemon Avenue and
Amethyst StreetI and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 11793; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement A~reement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 1987.
