A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA. APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 10884
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10884)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 10884 submitted by Sycamore
Investments II, and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the northeast corner of
Archibald Avenue and Base Line Road was approved by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamon~a2 and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 10884 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NO~. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 10884 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be fried for record.
PASSED, APFROVED. and ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 1987.
