A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(t{O
CUCAMOK~A, CALIFORNIA, APPROVlNG IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACTS 13058, 13059
AND 13060
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucsmonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
September 21, 1987, by Steven Ford as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located in the Victoria Planned Community; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 13058, 13059 and 13060: and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto. Attachments
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 1987.
