A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA. CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THE CITY MANAGER AS THE
FIRST MEMBER OF THE CCFC FINANCING COMMISSION OF AUTHORITY
AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR AS ALTERNATE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ("City")
does hereby resolve:
WHEREAS, on September 2, 1987, the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga adopted Resolution 87-487 thus entering into a Joint Powers Agreement
with the Cities of Falrfield. Santa Rosa and Palm Springs for the purpose of
creating an agency to exercise the common powers to acquire and dispose of,
through lease, lease-purchase, installment sale agreements, or otherwise, such
property as may be necessary or convenient; and,
WHEREAS, the Joint Powers Agreement provides that this Council shall
appoint one member of the Commission of the Authority; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 87-487, Section 3, 'appointed the Director of
Administrative Services of the City as first member of the Commission of
Authority to serve as representative of the City, until appointment of his
respective successor by the City Council.
NOW. THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED and DETERMINED, as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Manager of the City is hereby appointed as the
first member of the Commission of the Authority to serve as representative of
the City. The Director of Administrative Services is hereby appointed as
alternate to said Commission.
