A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA. APPROVING IMPROVEMENT ~REEMENTS,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13542-1
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13542-1, consisting of 96
lots, submitted by Grigsby Development, Incorporated, Subdivider. located east
of Chaffey College, between Wilson Avenue and Banyan Street has been submitted
to the City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as
provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, aid in
compliance with the requirenents of Ordinance No. 28 of said City: aid
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvemen= Agreements submitted herewith for approval aid execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Securities. and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. California, as follows:
1. That said Improvement A~reements be and the same are
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City aid the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; aid
2. That said Improvement Securities are accepted as good
aid sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorneyl aid
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1987.
