A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 13066 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13066 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the Cit7 Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be f~led, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the Cit7 Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED. APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1987.
