Home My WebLink About87-493 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 87-493 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 9649 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on August 31, 1987, by Thomas E. Tucker and William E. Garwin collectively, as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent property public right-of- way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located at he southwest corner of Wilson Avenue and Hermosa Avenue; and WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement Agreement and subj oct to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of said Tract 9649; and WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement Extension is secured and accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Extension Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucemonga, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucemonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
