A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT
MAP 16179 AND THE MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract map 16179, submitted by Burnett Development
Corporation and consisting of a subdivision of 31.5 acres of land into 7 parcels, located at the
southwest corner of Foothill Boulevard and Haven Avenue, in the Mixed Use in the Haven
Avenue Overlay District was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga on August 22, 2001; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map 16179 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on the Tentative Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Monumentation
Cash Deposit by Burnett Development Corporation; and
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that said Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted
by said developer be and the same is hereby approved and that said Tract Map 16179 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
