A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 7441
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on August 17, 1987,
by Donald and Jean M. Tackerr as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located west oF Amethyst Avenue, between Lomita and La Grande Drives;
and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 7441.
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucemonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1987.
