A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONCA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TERRA VISTA FLANNED
COMMUNITY AMENDMENT NO. 87-02. AMENDING THE COMMUNITY PLAN
TEXT BY ESTABLISHING A BUSINESS PARK OVERLAY ZONE FOR AREA
DESIGNATED AS OFFICE PARK DISTRICT SOUTH OF TOWN CENTER
DRIVE, WEST OF SPRUCE AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing to
consider all comments on the proposed Tetra Vista Planned Community Amendment
87-02;
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga City Council hereby makes the
following findings:
A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. The Amendment promotes goals of the Land Use Element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or
detrimental to the adjacent properties.
SECTION 2: The Tetra Vista Planned Community Map shall be amended as
follows:
1. Establish a Business Park Overlay Zone as shown in
Exhibit "A" and "B".
SECTION 3: A Negative Declaration is hereby adopted based upon the
completion and findings of the Initial Study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Rancho Cucamonga City Council
does hereby approve Tetra Vista Planned Community Amendment 87-02.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1987.
