A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
(]3CAMONGA. CALIFORNIA. APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL INITIAL
STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR THE
PROPOSED RAMONA AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN VICTORIA AND
I9TH STREETS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed
all available input concerning the proposed Ramona Avenue Improvements: and
WHEREAS. said improvemente require an Environmental Assessment; and
NC~4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucemonga hereby approves the
Enviror~nental Assessment Initial Study and issuances of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed Ramona Avenue Improvements.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1987.
