A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CU CAMONGA. CALI FORN IA. ACCEPT ING AN AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION FROM
FRED D. HICKS, LAURA B, HICKS AND FREDRICK HICKS AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SANE
WHEREAS. the City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga to establish
requirements ~or construction of frontage ~mprovements in conjunction with the
Arrow Route Phase I Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS. installation of curb, gutter, drive approach, sidewalk,
street lights and street pavements located at 9814 Arrow Route. to be made part
of the Arrow Route Phase I Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, Fred D, Nicks. Laura B. Hicks, Fredrick Hicks h~ve agreed to
dedicate Right-of-Way as reimbursement &r the City for said improvements.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. California, does accept said Improvement Agreement,
authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California,
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of August. 1987.
