A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCh0
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NU~ER 10444
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10444)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 10444, submitted by Rancho
Cucamonga Business Park Equities, A California General Partnership and
consisting of 3 parcels, located at the southwest corner of Foothill Boulevard
and Spruce Avenue was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 10444 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NC~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 10444 be and the same
is hereby apprc~ed and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be fi/ed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1987.
