A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CUCAMON~A, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT NOS. 12320-1 AND 12320 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract Nos.
12320-1 and 12320 have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be ffled, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorfzed to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1987.
